Change & Problem Reports

Once a Member has sent a Change Proposal or a Problem Report, the Administrator recives a notification, with the information the Member  has sent and a link to view and edit the Request.

By clicking on the 'More info' link or going to 'Structure>Webforms>Change Proposal. Results button'. Then a new page shall appear with all the 'Submissions'. The Administrator could filter by

  • Text
  • Type
  • Publish
  • Product
  • Status

Select the desired item and click on the 'edit' link. 

The administrator has to set the

  • Priority
  • Status
  • Feedback
  • Check the 'Publish' option to make the item visible on the web

Click on the 'Save' button
