FAQs
The FAQs pages have 4 different sections:
- Header
- Body: text editor to fill some information
- FAQS Paragraphs
- Quick Links
FAQS Paragraphs
Question and answer are classified into categories. To add a new category click on the 'Add FAQ Category' button. To edit existing one click on the 'Edit' button.
Fill the Category Name and the Question and Answer information. After it click on the 'Save' button.
To add a new Question and Answer click on the 'Add FAQ Accordion item' button, and fill the information.
Reorder
To reorder the categories 'Drag and Drop' the items. When you have finished click on the 'Save' button.
To reorder the FAQS, edit a category and inside it 'Drag and Drop' the item to the desired position and when you are done click on the 'Save' button.
Delete
To delete an existing category, click on the 'Edit' button, then click on the 'Arrow' icon. A dropdown shall appear. Click on the 'Remove' button. The category and all its Question and Answers are deleted.
To delete an existing FAQ, edit the Category and click on the FAQ Accordion item 'Remove' button.
