Received FAQS
Go to Manage > Structure > Webform. A list with all available webforms shall appear.
Click on 'Ask a Question to ECCAIRS Arrow' button. Click on the 'Results' button.

A new page will be opened with the list of all the received questions.

It can be filtered by type and status. By default the FAQS are 'Open'. Click on the 'Edit' button to view the detailed information.
With the received information go to Manage > Content and add the Question into the 'Safety FAQS' or 'Report FAQS' content, as explained in Content types>FAQs
Change the status of the received FAQ to 'Close' after adding the question to web, or delete the submission.
