How to add a Meeting

Go to Manage> Structure> Taxonomy. The list of all the Catogories will be displayed

Choose on of these categories

  • Steering Board Meetings
  • Steering Committe Meetings
  • ECCAIRS Legacy

Clicko on the  'List term' button related to the category you want to edit

A new page with all the related categories shall appear.  Click on the 'Add term' button to add a new item.

A new page shall appear to enter the required information

  • Name: The name of the Category
  • Permissions: Enter the Members, Administrator and Editor permission to allow the Members to view the information.

Publish and Save the information.

How to edit a Category

Go to Manage> Structure> Taxonomy.

Click on the  Steering Committe 'List term' to add a new Steering Committe Meeting, or click on the Steering Board 'List term' to add  a new Steering Board Meeting.

A new page shall appear with all the available meetings. Click on the 'Edit' button.

A new page will appear with the Category information. Update the information and click on the 'Save' button.
