How to translate the Change Proposal or Problem Reports List
Logged as the Web Administrator go to Manage>Structure>Views.
Look for the ‘Change' view and click on the 'Translate’ button.
A page with all the available languages shall appear. Click on the ‘Add' button to add a new translation or on the ‘Edit’ button to edit the translation.
Enter the translations for each display and click on the 'Save' button
