Edit, duplicate, delete

You will have the three functionalities described here by clicking on the three-dot menu each Batch operation has

actions

Edit Batch operation

The edition of a Batch operation lets you change all of the parameters that form a Batch operation. From the name and the category to the Batch operation itself.

By pressing the  'pencil' button, the same window as when creating a new Batch operation will be opened but this time the window will have loaded the data of the Batch operation you want to edit.

The same restrictions as when creating a new Batch operation will be evaluated here upon saving the changes.

Duplicate Batch operation

This funcionality is also known as copy. You can press the  'Copy' button and a window that lets you select the library, category and subcategory will open. This will allow you to save a copy of the original Batch operation in the library, category and subcategory of your choice. Take into account that if you decide to save a copy in the same library, category and subcategory as the original Batch operation, the name of the copied Batch operation must be different.

Delete Batch operation

By pressing the  'trash' button, the Batch operation will be deleted. You will have a confirmation window but take into account that this action has no rollback.

You can only delete Batch operation made by you. If you delete a Batch operation that is being shared in a shared library, the Batch operation will not be available in the shared library after the deletion.
